The hotel is located in the center of District 1, making it convenient for exploring Ho Chi Minh City and enjoying the lively atmosphere. Despite being in a noisy area, the rooms were equipped with air conditioning and had soundproofing, allowing for a comfortable stay. All was more than satisfactory.

Central location which is helpful in very busy city, friendly staff who were willing to help/ be flexible to meet the needs of our fairly large party of 10.
Breakfast area a little cramped, but staff always willing to help and accomodate our needs.

The staff were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped my friend and I learn enough Vietnamese to get us around for the rest of our trip! :)
My only concern was that there was very little or no hot water in the showers.

Great location, close to main attractions and markets. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free wifi and airport pickup service. Reasonable prices for accommodations and tours.
The rooms are noisy, especially due to a bar located nearby. The breakfast is boring and cramped.

Not sure, if we really got a deluxe room. Different room rates shown at different places of Hotel website. Ground floor as well as second floor rooms at rear side are hardly effected by AC climate compressor noise (maybe caused by defect device?)

The buffet breakfast could have been better. Even though the assortment of the dishes was wide, the quality should have been better.

The hotel is located in District 1, right in the heart of everything. It's in a convenient and central tourist area, surrounded by local restaurants and close to major attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with basic amenities and the major channels available on the TV. The prices are very reasonable and the breakfast, which is included, offers several options.
Everything was great.

The location is great.
The matrass was horrible and the bedsheets were very dirty. The staff is nice but they have to keep the hygien in mind.

Good value for money in an excellent (and quiet for Saigon) location.
The staff were extremely helpful but there is a fine line between helpful and pushy. Regardless, everything they promised they delivered on so they knew their stuff!
